The Cincinnati Beer Week Board of Trustees is made up of a all-volunteer group. These volunteers were elected to the board by members of the Cincinnati Beer Week General Committee.

The Cincinnati Beer Week General Committee is comprised of representatives of each participating brewery, wholesaler, supplier, venue and other affiliates previously registered to take part in the last Cincinnati Beer Week.
